BWC provides Single Family Home, Accessory Structure, Solar Plan and other services as well as submitting plans and required paperwork to your local jurisdiction when near our home base of Auburn Ca or when online services are offered for your jurisdiction. We try to provide cost effective plans using Braced Wall Design but will involve engineering when necessary. Call to get your custom quote

Our Services

Flat rate quotes provided on a case by case basis. No endless hourly architectural charges. Permit paperwork from your local jurisdiction can be provided with your plans if available. Alternate permit filing quote can also be provided allowing you to sit back and relax until your permits are ready to go!
